If you come across Boc, he's recently been removed from a demi-human den located on the shores of Limgrave, and is willing to go back to the den to secure you a reward to help reclaim him from being a shrub. The situation isn't going so well for him. However, when you go in to challenge the boss, you'll be able to find his personal sewing kit. Bring it back to Boc and he'll become your personal seamster, customizing your wardrobe at no cost.
